Largest steel maker in China BaoWu Steel decided to install John M Henderson Smokeless Charging Cars and JMH Water Jet Door Cleaners on their coke plant located in Shanghai, as part of their commitment to making breakthrough in environmental protection in the Shanghai area.
The John M Henderson Charging Cars are already in full operation on the on the 6.0 metre coke oven batteries, successfully meeting the expected environmental and performance guarantees and helping BaoWu achieve Emission Free Charging of the oven.
Engineered for low energy consumption, the new JMH Cars are significantly lighter than the old cars and they remove the requirement for the Charging Dedusting Duct and Bag Filter Station.
